Job Summary
The Housekeeper is responsible for executing various daily cleaning duties in accordance with established safety and sanitation protocols. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces while fostering a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas on a daily basis.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations throughout all cleaning tasks.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities completed during shifts.
- Engage and interact positively with residents, staff members, and guests.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including the lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with infection control policies and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
