Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents by carrying out daily cleaning duties in individual rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces. This position prioritizes adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols while fostering positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently during all housekeeping activities.
- Maintain meticulous records of cleaning activities performed.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to enhance community relations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not essential.
