Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hospitable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position involves performing routine cleaning duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces while adhering to established safety and infection control protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning tasks in resident areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared facilities.
- Follow guidelines for safety and infection prevention during cleaning processes.
- Keep precise records documenting cleaning activities and schedules.
- Engage with residents, staff, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational attainment is required.
- Capability to perform physical duties, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not mandatory.
