Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. This position involves daily cleaning tasks and the maintenance of accurate records regarding cleaning activities, alongside fostering positive interactions with both residents and staff members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation duties in resident accommodations, restrooms, and shared spaces.
- Keep precise records of cleaning tasks performed.
- Engage positively with residents and collaborate effectively with staff.
- Follow established safety and infection control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
