Job Summary
The primary role involves ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces in alignment with set procedures and safety regulations. Routine documentation of cleaning activities and addressing maintenance and safety issues are also key components of this position.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize designated areas including resident rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and report any maintenance or safety issues encountered.
- Adhere to infection-control measures and safety guidelines throughout the cleaning process.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory for applicants.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial, though not essential.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and be able to follow oral and written directives.
- Ability to fulfill physical demands of the job and work with cleaning products safely.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Must reside within the designated service area.
