**Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist**

This role involves handling partner inquiries through various channels while also identifying avenues for growth through suggestions related to services, support, and maintenance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a two-year degree, along with two to three years of applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
