HR Associate
Lisle, IL
Pay Rate: $25/HR

Responsibilities of the HR Associate

  • Acts as a primary resource for employees, other HR teams, and management, ensuring effective resolution of a range of HR transactions.
  • Handles inquiries related to HR policies and programs, providing timely responses.
  • Directs employee requests to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
  • May address inquiries about practices through online platforms and phone communications.
  • Handles the processing of various paper and electronic forms pertinent to HR tasks, including onboarding, status changes, performance assessments, benefits administration, and terminations.
  • Enters and maintains employee information within the HR information system (HRIS) and documents activities as needed.
  • Oversees the general HR email inbox, creating cases and assigning them to the relevant consultants as necessary.

Requirements for the HR Associate

  • An Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1 to 3 years of HR experience is desirable (internship experience may be taken into account).
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn new systems quickly, adapt to changing processes, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
