Job Summary
The Insurance Sales Executive for Employee Benefits is tasked with promoting and selling insurance products to businesses and individuals. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance needs to recommend appropriate products.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of available insurance packages.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in policies to provide the best advice.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to facilitate the insurance process for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly in employee benefits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for robust client interactions.
- Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant licensure and certifications as required by state laws.
