Job description
**HRIS Analyst**
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing HR systems to guarantee data accuracy and security while serving as a liaison between the HR and IT departments. Key responsibilities involve resolving system-related issues, generating reports, and discovering ways to improve HR workflows via automation. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a particular focus on SuccessFactors. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is necessary, along with excellent analytical abilities and expertise in data management software such as Excel.
