The HUD Property Manager is responsible for the daily management and operational activities of designated properties. This role entails ensuring that facilities in both Zelienople and Beaver Falls operate efficiently. Applicants should possess a minimum of an associate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and preference will be given to candidates with a background in multi-family housing management.
