**Job Title: Human Resources Generalist**
The Human Resources Generalist will oversee complete recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations throughout a multi-site distribution network. This position requires regular visits to warehouse floors to foster relationships and guarantee the uniform implementation of policies and adherence to compliance standards. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a warehouse or manufacturing setting. A solid understanding of employment law, competency in HRIS, and willingness to travel up to 40% are essential for this role.
