Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for spearheading recruitment, onboarding processes, and fostering positive employee relations, all while adhering to labor regulations and internal policies. This role requires collaboration with leadership to create effective talent strategies and address intricate HR matters, such as performance management and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations to cultivate a productive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and implement talent strategies.
- Address complex HR issues, including conducting investigations and managing performance reviews.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in HR management is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and proficiency in HRIS systems preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or unionized setting is highly regarded.
