Job description
**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, which encompass chillers, boilers, and air handling units. This position entails overseeing system efficiency, addressing service requests, and keeping precise maintenance records and work orders. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of experience in a construction or related area, along with familiarity with Building Automation Systems. The role demands the capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding settings, with HVAC certification or relevant training being highly desirable.
