The associate will manage the screening and appointment scheduling for radiology services, while ensuring that patient records and insurance details are accurately maintained. In this role, they will act as a bridge between the medical team and patients, facilitating streamlined check-in and transportation functions. A high school diploma or GED is desired, although an associate or technical degree is also advantageous. Applicants should be capable of managing patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards and have excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with customers.
