Job Summary
The Therapist will engage in-home visits to deliver personalized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to patients. They will execute tailored treatment strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes while working closely with families to support skill enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy in the homes of patients.
- Implement customized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and record patient progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with family members to encourage the development of necessary skills.
Qualifications
- A strong enthusiasm for supporting children with Autism.
- Reliable transportation paired with a valid driver’s license.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred, though prior experience is not mandatory.
