Job description
**Inbound Operations Team Leader**
The Inbound Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing the unloading of trailer shipments and ensuring that products are appropriately priced and displayed on the sales floor. This role involves guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of hourly staff to provide a consistent and efficient experience for guests. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be a minimum of 18 years of age. The position entails performing physically demanding duties, such as lifting items weighing up to 44 pounds, and requires the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
