The Universal Banker I fosters customer connections by effectively promoting the bank’s products and services through needs-based selling techniques and strong relationship management. This role also encompasses vital banking center operations, such as executing teller duties, managing consumer lending, and overseeing vault operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in teller roles or handling significant cash volumes. Essential attributes include excellent interpersonal skills, professional communication abilities, and a commitment to adhering to bank compliance standards.
