**Phlebotomist**
The Phlebotomist is responsible for conducting venipuncture and collecting specimens, ensuring that all samples are accurately labeled and promptly transported to the laboratory. This role also involves the upkeep of equipment, inventory management, and offering professional assistance to both patients and laboratory personnel. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma along with either a certificate from an accredited phlebotomy training program or a year of pertinent experience in a laboratory setting. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in phlebotomy procedures and a strong commitment to safety and infection prevention standards.
