**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing daily maintenance activities to guarantee equipment reliability, optimize production efficiency, and uphold a safe workplace. This position entails supervising the maintenance team, facilitating preventive and corrective maintenance, and overseeing equipment performance via CMMS. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or manufacturing operations. A preferred qualification includes an associate degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, alongside strong skills in CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
