Job description
**Job Title: Application Development Supervisor**
In this position, you will lead and oversee a team of application developers to achieve project objectives while aligning with corporate strategies. Your duties will encompass assigning tasks, monitoring quality assurance, providing technical guidance, and handling HR-related responsibilities for the team. The ideal candidate should have around 4 years of experience in development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar discipline is desirable, along with expertise in relevant software development tools and environments.
