Additionally, you will focus on data security while delivering outstanding customer service within a team setting. Applicants should possess experience in managing IT assets, expertise in computer networking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. A+ certification is essential, alongside excellent customer service abilities and the willingness to travel to different client locations.
