Job Summary
The role involves creating solutions on the ServiceNow platform by leveraging web technologies and technical skills within a Software as a Service (SaaS) context. The individual will play a key part in implementation activities, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies, while ensuring effective collaboration with both clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Apply web technologies and technical know-how in a SaaS environment.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum practices to ensure efficient project management.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues throughout the development process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Proficient in JavaScript and knowledgeable in ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with web technologies and SaaS platforms.
- A degree or equivalent qualification, along with technical consulting experience, is preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow experience, relevant accreditations, ITSM implementation certification, and knowledge of associated technical elements are advantageous.
