The Infrastructure Specialist installs, maintains, and configures hardware and software while providing Tier II-III technical support to end users. They are also responsible for managing user accounts, ensuring system security, and supporting various agency-specific technology systems. Candidates must have at least 12 to 36 months of experience in a single technology domain depending on their educational background. A degree in computer science or information systems may substitute for a portion of the required work experience.
