The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming sales inquiries, foster new client relationships, and actively pursue follow-ups on quotes to secure project closures. This role involves collaboration with design, production, and installation teams to guarantee that customer needs are fulfilled. Applicants should have a background in sales, business development, or roles that involve direct customer interaction, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A basic proficiency in computer operations and a willingness to learn CRM and estimating software are mandatory.
