Job Title: Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing medical documentation, coding, and billing practices to pinpoint compliance vulnerabilities and enhance organizational protocols. This role involves working closely with clinical and operational teams to create and implement corrective action strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a recognized professional coding certification, including CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA, and should have at least five years of pertinent experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is an acceptable alternative qualification for this position.
