Job description
The intern will play a key role in enhancing the global real estate portfolio by evaluating new investment prospects and aiding in asset management tasks. Responsibilities will include report preparation, conducting financial modeling, and participating in strategic initiatives within the team. Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, finance, accounting, or economics, preferably in their second to fourth year. A strong grasp of Microsoft Office and excellent analytical abilities are essential, with familiarity in ARGUS viewed as advantageous.
