Job Summary
The Internal Auditor plays a crucial role in the organization by spearheading the planning and execution of audits. This position involves assessing all aspects of the company’s financial practices, operational effectiveness, asset management, and developmental processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial and operational audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to follow up on audit recommendations and enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Equivalent qualifications may also be acceptable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with teams.
