Support senior professionals in executing GP-led secondary transactions, including conducting due diligence and preparing client presentations, financial models, and transaction marketing materials. Coordinate capital-raising and investor due diligence activities, manage data rooms and investor requests, and maintain information databases and market data. A bachelor’s degree and a record of strong academic achievement are required, along with effective communication, presentation, and writing skills. Candidates should be organized, collaborative, motivated, quantitatively and analytically strong, and interested in private equity or alternative investments; modeling and valuation experience is a plus.
