**IRL Technologist**
The IRL Technologist is responsible for conducting sophisticated testing for donors and patients to assess compatibility and address intricate serological issues. In addition, this role involves overseeing reagent inventory and organizing the shipment and transportation of blood samples. To qualify, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in biological science or chemistry, alongside MT(ASCP) certification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with MLT(ASCP) certification and 5 years of experience in blood banking will also be considered.
