Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with either Green Belt or Black Belt certification to join our team in North Billerica, Massachusetts. This role focuses on analyzing business needs and developing effective metrics to assess the impact of changes in processes and systems, ultimately supporting leadership in making informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement metrics that effectively measure the results of process and system enhancements.
- Provide analytical support to inform leadership decisions regarding business operations.
- Conduct process mapping exercises to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.
- Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to various stakeholders.
