Job description
The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for directing the evaluation of business workflows and working closely with stakeholders to enhance IT system solutions. This role serves as a bridge between the organization’s business operations and its information systems, ensuring adherence to data standards and best practices. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree in a technology-related discipline, or hold a relevant professional certification. Furthermore, a minimum of three years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or business operations is essential.
