Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst III at Williams plays a critical role in driving a sustainable and interconnected future. This position is essential for supporting various IT initiatives that enhance community welfare and operational efficiency. The role necessitates a solid foundation in IT solutions and the ability to analyze business systems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and work closely with technical teams for implementation.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Facilitate user training and support to enhance user adoption of new systems.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, providing ongoing maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED with at least twelve (12) years of relevant IT experience, OR
- An Associate’s degree coupled with a minimum of eight (8) years of IT experience.
- Proven knowledge of business systems analysis principles and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
