Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst II position focuses on analyzing and documenting user requirements specifically within the Medicare and Medicaid sectors. This role will be based in Nashville, Tennessee, and requires onsite presence. The selected candidate will work on a contractual basis with the potential for permanent employment after six months.
Responsibilities
- Collect and document user requirements effectively.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Act as a liaison between IT and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of systems solutions.
- Support testing and validation of system functionalities.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Alternatively, candidates may qualify with a total of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
