Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst II position focuses on the Medicare and Medicaid domains and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is on an onsite basis and is set as a 6-month contract that may lead to permanent employment. The primary responsibility is to collect and document user requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with users to elicit and document their requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Support the testing and implementation of business systems.
- Document processes and assist in training end-users as necessary.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or
- A minimum of 8 years of pertinent work experience is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
