This position provides primary technical support for internal employees by processing trouble tickets and resolving hardware, software, and service-related issues. The role also involves installing and configuring new equipment, maintaining system inventories, and training staff on software applications. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in operating, maintaining, and configuring PC hardware and software. Strong customer service skills and a working knowledge of internet, email, and telecommunications systems are required.
