Job Summary
The IT intern will provide support to the IT department, focusing on end-user assistance, system evaluation, and front-end development projects. This role also involves maintaining and updating technical documentation while coordinating with the procurement team.
Responsibilities
- Support end-user requests and issues to enhance user experience.
- Participate in system testing processes to ensure functionality and performance.
- Engage in front-end development tasks to support ongoing projects.
- Update and maintain technical documentation for internal reference.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the IT team and the purchasing department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Graduate program (within the past year).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of PC architecture and networking concepts.
