Job Summary
This position focuses on offering systems engineering and technical support for advanced networking initiatives. The role involves evaluating secure network and cloud infrastructures while managing network operations and IT service delivery projects. Interaction with government stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and agencies is essential, alongside monitoring performance and compliance metrics to facilitate audits and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems engineering support for advanced networking programs.
- Evaluate and assess secure network and cloud architectures.
- Oversee network operations and IT service delivery.
- Coordinate efforts with government stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Track contractor performance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support audits and external inspections related to network operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in IT and engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations is required.
- Experience with the Department of Defense or DARPA is preferred.
- Must possess a Top Secret clearance and be eligible for SCI and SAP access.
