Job Summary
The IT Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the technological framework of the hospital, ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems function efficiently. This position involves delivering support to end-users, managing IT projects, and collaborating with external suppliers to uphold performance and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the hospital’s technology infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues effectively.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors to maintain operational integrity and address security concerns.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficient understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours when required.
