Job Summary
The role entails overseeing the internal IT functions, which encompass hardware provisioning, system management, and network connectivity for both the factory environment and office setting. You will play a pivotal role in automating repetitive tasks, managing identity and access protocols, and providing reliable IT services to support all engineering and operations personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware and network connectivity.
- Automate recurring administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee identity management and access to IT resources.
- Provide dependable IT services for engineering and operations staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT or systems administration.
- Strong skills and experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address technical challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site at the El Segundo facility.
