Job description
**Job Title: Facility Maintenance and Janitorial Staff**
This position is focused on ensuring that the facility remains clean and well-organized, covering offices, communal spaces, and restrooms. The individual will also engage in general maintenance duties, conduct minor repairs, and support operational activities such as arranging furniture. Applicants should have prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles and a fundamental understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The job necessitates the physical capacity to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and carry out manual labor tasks effectively.
