The Job Coach offers personalized, practical guidance to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in acquiring job skills and sustaining employment within the community. This role includes demonstrating appropriate professional behaviors and supporting participants with documentation and travel training. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation. Although prior experience in caregiving or services for individuals with disabilities is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
