Job description
The Key Holder plays a vital role in assisting the store management team by guiding sales associates to deliver tailored customer service and meet sales objectives. Key responsibilities encompass executing daily cash audits and overseeing the opening and closing operations of the store. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail, with a preference for experience in cosmetics, and should demonstrate effective coaching and mentoring abilities. The position necessitates flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
