**Keyholder**
The Keyholder plays a vital role in assisting the store management team by guiding the sales personnel to meet customer service and sales objectives. Key responsibilities encompass conducting daily cash reconciliations and overseeing the procedures for opening and closing the store. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in retail, especially in the cosmetics sector, and should exhibit excellent coaching and mentoring abilities. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential, along with a strong familiarity with point-of-sale technology.
