Job description
The Keyholder plays a vital role in assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining optimal store operations and reaching sales goals. Key responsibilities comprise mentoring the sales staff, executing cash reconciliation, and overseeing the procedures for opening and closing the store. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail, ideally in the cosmetics sector, along with excellent coaching and customer service abilities. Applicants should be willing to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and must have the legal authorization to work in the country.
