Job description
The Physician Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals into both locum tenens and permanent roles across the country. This position involves managing candidate pipelines and conducting screenings, as well as working closely with account managers to ensure recruitment strategies meet client specifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicants should possess excellent organizational abilities, be skilled in Salesforce, and demonstrate the capacity to foster relationships in a dynamic workplace.
