Thoroughly sanitize commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, duct systems, and rooftop fans utilizing hot-water pressure wash equipment. Maintain a pristine work environment and verify compliance with documentation that includes before-and-after images. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required. Candidates should be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and readily able to navigate ladders. Applicants must be willing to work overnight shifts and exhibit a solid work ethic.
