Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Paid Media is responsible for steering the paid media strategy of the organization. This role involves guiding the creation and effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and video channels. Additionally, the Senior Manager oversees the paid media budget and audience targeting efforts while providing leadership to the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager to ensure that strategies are implemented cohesively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the paid media strategy for the organization.
- Oversee the creation and performance evaluation of digital campaigns across search, social, and video platforms.
- Manage the budget allocated for paid media initiatives.
- Enhance audience targeting efforts to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Guide and support the Paid Campaigns Marketing Manager in executing cohesive marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and managing paid media.
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated digital campaigns.
- Experience in budget forecasting for media campaigns.
- Strong skills in collaboration across functions in an in-house environment.
