The Lab Technician plays a key role in performing microbiological, chemical, and physical tests on dairy goods to confirm adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include executing in-plant inspections, maintaining laboratory instruments, and accurately recording all test outcomes to uphold a secure and hygienic production atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have prior laboratory experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science is highly desirable, along with the capability to work varied shifts and lift weights of up to 75 pounds.
