The Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager oversees laboratory operations, staff, and safety while developing and maintaining quality testing processes for products and analyses. They are responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three to five years of experience in a related field is required, with proficiency in gas chromatography and Karl Fisher titration.
