**Laboratory Supervisor**
The Laboratory Supervisor oversees the technical operations and direct supervision of laboratory staff, ensuring precise testing outcomes and adherence to federal regulations and accreditation requirements. This role includes managing the laboratory’s budget, maintaining equipment, and implementing quality control programs to facilitate effective clinical diagnosis and treatment. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological science, or medical technology. A minimum of three years of experience in clinical laboratory management, specifically in high-complexity testing, is essential, alongside appropriate professional certification.
