Job description
The technician will be tasked with the preparation of premium plant tissue culture media in accordance with predefined protocols, as well as overseeing laboratory equipment to support ongoing production activities. Additionally, they will document the preparation processes thoroughly and uphold a tidy, secure, and productive workspace. Ideal candidates should hold an associate degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, along with prior experience in a plant research or production laboratory setting. Strong organizational abilities, independence in work, and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
